MIKAEL SKJØDT
Mikael Skjødt Law Firm was founded in 2010 by lawyer Mikael Skjødt.
The firm attaches great importance to professionalism, and lawyer Mikael Skjødt has for two periods been acting judge in the Eastern High Court. This strengthened his professionalism and insight into the work of the courts.
Prior to this, lawyer Mikael Skjødt was for several years an external lecturer in criminal procedure at the University of Copenhagen.
During his education as a lawyer, Mikael Skjødt was for a period employed by Jyske Bank and was several times sent to London and Gibraltar to solve assignments for the bank. This work provided good insight into financial activities in Denmark as well as abroad.
Mikael Skjødt was admitted to the bar in 2003 and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2011. In 2016, he was admitted to the Copenhagen City Court and the Eastern Regional Court.
He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Copenhagen Bar Association, the Association of Beneficent Lawyers in Copenhagen and the National Association of Defense Lawyers.
